Camp Good News offers a high-energy week filled with lots of fun activities such as living in a cabin with campers of the same age, Verse Challenge, class time, team time, great meals, chapel, and so much more.

Camp Good News begins on Sunday, August 2nd and ends on Friday August 7th. The camp bus will leave the church parking lot at 1:00 pm on the 2nd and return at 4:00 pm on the 7th. Please be at the church by 12:15 pm to load your belongings in the trailer.

Kids ages 8-14  years old are welcome at camp! This year, campers may request one cabin mate on their registration form. We will do our best to accommodate these requests. Campers will be in cabins with similar-aged peers. Campers will be assigned to cabins based on gender biological gender. Please register with grade recently completed.

Registration is $95.00* per camper. Due to donations from those who see the importance of Bible camp for kids, we are able to offer Camp Good News at an inexpensive cost to you.  If for any reason you need help with the cost of registration for your camper, camp scholarships are available.

What to Pack for a Week at Camp Good News

Camp has a modest dress code, please pack accordingly. Shoes need to be worn at all times, and tennis shoes are an essential item to pack. For a detailed list of what to bring and what not to bring, see the PDF linked below. This document can be printed out to assist you in packing for your camper!


Make sure you put your camper's name on everything they bring to camp!

Want to Send Your Camper Mail?

Receiving mail is a fun tradition at Camp Good News.  For every package and every three letters a camper receives in a day, they get to join a choir at lunch and sing a song for the camp. Make sure to send mail by Saturday July 25th so that it arrives while your camper is attending!
